Both. A formal education is important but an individual must also have the necessary skills in life to utilize those resourses. A person can be s book smart but not be able to reason with a child or to talk to a person because they feel that it is not within their job title per se.
Describe the benefits of working with others
I enjoy working with others for I gain the experience of their knowledge. I feel that in life we continue to learn on a daily basis and we must always keep our mind open to new opportunities.
Describe the benefits of working alone
There are circumstances in which working alone is also the ideal situation. The one on one intereaction with a patient is the best situation and it enables you to focus on the task at hand.
What was your worst working experience?
Due to a late plane landing, I arrived late to an important meeting and it was cancelled. I let the client down and also myself down.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
To be prepared and to be focused on the task at hand. I also give my 100% at all times.
What unique skills do you have?
I have been in healthcare for almost 20 years, and I have worked in almost all healthcare settings. I have 17 years experience in medicare billing and I am a Registered Radiologic Technologist. I have worked for the past 5 years in the computer industry and I feel that I quite versatile. I have implemented and trained end users on build aspect of the Radiology system from the basic Maintenance to Interfacing through the Live process of the system. I am

I feel that working with people is the most interesting aspect of my job.

The constantly changing healthcare field and the demise of healthcare needs.

I am willing to work as long as necessary to get the task at hand completed. I am willing to go the extra mile to get the information completed in a timely manner.
