Both equally valuable.

Learning from them, they learning from you. Enjoy people in general. Like meeting new people and sharing experiences. Love to barter. Takes emphasis off MONEY. The root of all evil.

Grow by experience in having to figure things out and problem solve.
What was your worst working experience?
Having to work under a Supervisor that did not know what he was doing and was awful in communicating with the workers.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
Respect you give is what you are given.
What unique skills do you have?
Many. Build million dollar showcase homes. Learned to improvise. Can do most any trade. Love to teach them as well. Love education and teaching students as well as adults to use their hands. Love people and genuinely get along with most.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
Working with my hands on alot of land that is paid for and pressure minimum as a result.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
Your efforts last forever. I leave a place 200% better than I found it. I do things to last a lifetime. Quality vs. Quantity.
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
Those that dont value education and learning a trade.
